SWOT analysis of sustainable development of rural primary health care system in pastoral areas in the context of the Belt and Road

基于"一带一路"背景下新疆4个典型牧业区的实地调查和访谈,运用SWOT分析法系统分析新疆牧区农村基层卫生体系建设的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,建议推进新疆中医药、民族医药事业发展、加强基层卫生人才队伍建设、加强牧区基础设施建设、协调卫生资源配置和依法维护新疆社会和谐稳定,完善新疆牧区农村基层医疗卫生服务体系建设,满足农牧民日益增长的基本医疗卫生服务需要,加快农牧区卫生事业发展。

Based on the survey data of four topical agricultural and pastoral areas,combined with the specific characteristics of the pastoral areas in Xinjiang rural health service system,the study used SWOT method to comprehensively analyze the present situation of primary medical and health service system of Xinjiang agricultural and pastoral areas,and put forward the sustainable development strategies.
