近五年国内乡村医生领域研究热点可视化分析

Visualization analysis of the research hotspots of Chinese rural doctors in recent 5 years

目的:了解乡村医生领域的研究热点。方法:以CNKI期刊数据库2012-2016年关于乡村医生研究的论文为分析样本,利用CiteSpace,生成作者和关键词的知识图谱。结果:近5年国内乡村医生领域的研究者主要来自首都医科大学、潍坊医学院两个机构,各年度的研究热点略有不同。结论:乡村医生职责、执业资格、待遇与养老制度一直备受重视;除此之外,前3年的高频词主要为基本药物制度、乡村医生队伍现状、三级医疗卫生服务等;后2年则转向了乡村医生服务能力、教育和培训等。文章最后对该领域的趋势也进行了预测。

Objective To explore and sum up the hotspots in the research field of rural doctors.Methods Papers in the research field of rural doctors retrieved from CNKI in the past five years were analyzed by the visualization software CiteSpace.High-impact authors and high-frequency keywords were analyzed in order to find the dominant authors and hotspots.Results The results showed that the authors were mainly from two research teams,who worked at Capital Medical University and Weifang Medical University,and the hotspots were different each year.Conclusions The knowledge map of keywords shows that rural doctors＇ responsibilities,practice qualification,welfare and pension benefits have always been concerned in the past five years,besides,national essential drugs system,status quo of rural doctors and three-level health service have been paid more attention in the first three years,while quality of healthcare,education and training have been paid more attention in the latter two years.Finally,this paper predicts the research trend in the future.
