在质检系统中,国家标准档案是标准档案管理的主要组成部分。本文通过对国家标准档案管理的内容、基本情况、信息化现状以及目前存在的问题的分析,提出要适应现代档案管理的发展趋势,应当从制度、基础设施、管理内容与方法和人员培养等方面增加信息化方面的要求与内容,充分运用信息化技术与方法,建立现代标准档案管理体系,提升标准档案的管理水平,发挥标准档案的利用价值。

In the national quality inspection system, the national standards archives is the main component of standards archives management. Through the analysis of the content, basic situation, information status and existing problems of the national standards archives management, the paper proposes to adapt to the development trend of modern archives management, add requirements and content of information from aspects of rules and regulations, infrastructure, contents and methods of management and personnel training, make full use of information technology and methods and establish modern standard archives management system to enhance the standards archives management level and play the use of value of the standards archives.
