太阴病之理论内涵及其相关脏腑证候探析

Analysis of the Connotation of Taiyin Disease Theory and Its Relevant Viscus Syndrome

六经辨证与脏腑辨证属不同维度的辨证理论,并非一一对应关系,为进一步明确《伤寒论》中太阴病的理论内涵,通过对《伤寒论》原文的仔细研析,阐释了太阴病的内涵本质为病位在里,病性属寒,病势为虚;太阴水病和太阴血病是太阴病的两个基本病理机转。同时,基于原文及太阴病之基本病理机转,论述了太阴病可涉及心、肝、脾、肺、肾、胃等多个脏腑及其证候的观点。

Six-channel syndrome differentiation and viscus syndrome differentiation belong to the syndrome differentiation theories of different dimensions, instead of the one-to-one correspondent relationship. In order to further clarify the connotation of Taiyin disease theory in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases,by careful study and analysis of the text of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases,the author illuminated that the essence of connotation of Taiyin disease theory is that Taiyin disease itself lies in the eternal,its property is cold,and its trend is deficient;and that Taiyin water disease and Taiyin blood disease are the two basic pathogenic mechanisms of Taiyin disease. Meanwhile,based on the text and basic pathogenic mechanisms,discussed the opinion that Taiyin disease may involve various viscera and their syndromes,including heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,stomach and so on.
