本文从专利运营的狭义和广义概念谈起,分析了专利运营的主要业务形态及存在的问题,探索提出了专利运营"产业+""金融+""联盟+"和"全生命周期"的运营思路,并结合实践案例,总结提出为原创技术产业化提供全方位专业服务的i-SIPO模式,对广大从事专利运营工作的人士提供借鉴与思考。

This article starts from a brief analysis of the concepts of intellectual property（IP） operation in narrow and broad senses, discussing the main business forms and problems found in the domestic IPoperation practices. Then it puts forward four means of IP operation attempts-industry＋, finance＋,alliance＋, and full life circle business-which will be explained detailedly in the following essay, combined with practice cases. Based on these consideration and exploration, the i-SIPO model gradually comes into being providing a full range of services for the industrialization of original technology, which may give some reference and inspiration for those who are engaged in IP operation.
