提高高校知识产权运营能力的探索与实践研究

高校是科技创新的重要源头,是国家实施知识产权战略的主力军之一。知识产权工作是高校"双一流"建设的核心工作。由于高校在知识产权运营方面的能力还有待进一步提高,导致高校知识产权的实施率、产业化率还处于比较低的水平。在国家已经构建了完善的知识产权工作政策体系的新时代,如何提高高校的知识产权运营能力,成为盘活高校知识产权资源,助推企业创新发展的核心环节。本文通过对南京理工大学探索建设"基于互联网+知识产权大数据挖掘的高校知识产权运营平台"工作的分析总结,阐述了构建线上信息服务与知识产权运营的服务网络和服务体系是提高高校知识产权运营能力的有效途径。

University is an important source of scientific and technological innovation, and is one of the main forces of the country to implement intellectual property strategy. Intellectual property work is the core work of ＂double-class＂ construction in universities. As the ability of the university to operate in intellectual property has yet to be further improved, the practical application rate and industrialization rate of intellectual property rights in universities are still at a relatively low level. In the country have built perfect intellectual property work policy system of new era,how to improve the ability of university intellectual property operation, become revitalize the university intellectual property resources, boosting the core link of enterprise innovation and development. This article through to the Nanjing University of Science and Technology to explore construction ＂based on internet plus intellectual property rights of large data mining university intellectual property operation platform＂ job analysis summary, expounds that the construction of online information service and the operation of the intellectual property service network and service system is an effective way to improve the ability of university intellectual property operation.
