基于专利引文数据分析的高校产业技术溢出效应研究——以江苏省为例 被引量:3

摘要 高校技术溢出是产业经济发展和转型升级的重要支撑,尤其伴随以专利为对象的创新大量产出,专门针对高校开展技术溢出研究符合学术界、产业界和政府部门各方的利益诉求。本文以江苏省高校为对象,基于专利引文数据讨论了技术溢出的总体效应,并利用世界知识产权组织发布的(ipc_technology)匹配表,开展了"技术-产业"溢出分析。研究发现:江苏省高校的技术溢出水平在不断提升,其中东南大学、南京工业大学、江南大学、江苏大学、南京航空航天大学等表现最为突出,且每所高校的优势溢出产业技术领域存在一定差异;高校技术溢出产业主要分布在精细化学技术、化学工程、生物工程、度量技术、冶金材料、环境技术等产业领城。其中度量技术、精细化学技术等7个技术领域的技术储备和技术溢出能力均表现较为突出,而在环境技术、高分子化学或聚合物等4个技术领域的技术溢出潜力正逐渐凸显出来;专利数量和专利类型会对高校产业技术溢出产生正影响,但对于不同产业的影响存在一定差异。 The technology spillover is an important support for economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading, especially with patent as the object of innovation of large output, specifically for the university to carry out the spillover of technology meets the academic interests, industry and government departments. Based on the patent citation data, the overall effects of technology spillovers were discussed in Jiangsu universities. The technology industry spillover analysis was carried out by using the matching table issued by the World Intellectual Property Organization(ipc_technology). The study found that: Jiangsu province university of technology spillover level rising, including Southeast University, Nanjing University of Technology, Jiangnan University, Jiangsu University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics Astronautics, the most outstanding performance, there were some differences in technology spillover and industrial advantage of each university; university industry technology spillover mainly distributed in fine chemical technology, chemical engineering, biological engineering, measurement technology, metallurgy, environmental technology industry. Among them, measurement technology, fine chemical technology and other 7 fields of technology storage and technology spillover capacity were prominent, and the potential of technology spillover was emerging in 4 technological fields, including environmental technology, polymer chemistry and polymer. Patent quantity and patent type will have a positive impact on industrial technology spillover, but there are some differences in the impact of different industries.
