中药敷脐配合热敷对缓解肝胆手术后患者腹胀的效果研究

Study for the effect of umbilicus combined with heat pack on relieving bloating after hepatobiliary surgery

目的探讨消胀散敷脐辅以热敷对缓解肝胆术后患者腹胀的效果和T淋巴细胞亚群变化的影响。方法将120例肝胆术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组行常规治疗护理。观察组在常规治疗护理的基础上,术后6h予脐部外敷消胀散,并配合热敷,3d为1个疗程,共2个疗程。比较两组患者术后腹胀缓解、胃肠功能恢复及术后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群变化的情况。结果观察组患者腹胀缓解程度、胃肠功能恢复及外周血CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+比值等方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消胀散敷脐配合热敷可有效缓解肝胆手术后患者腹胀,同时还可改善其免疫功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaozhang powder navel auxiliary and hot compress for abdominal distension in patients with after hepatobiliary surgery,to observe the change of T lymphocyte subsets.Method120 patients with hepatobiliary surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group（n=60 in each group）.The control group received routine nursing care.The observation group was based on conventional treatment and nursing,6 hours after the umbilical external Xiaozhang powder and with hot compress,3 days for a total of 1 courses,a total of 2 courses of treatment.The postoperative abdominal distension,gastrointestinal function recovery and the changes of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of 2 groups were compared.Result The degree of abdominal distension,recovery of gastrointestinal function and the ratio of CD3＋,CD4＋and CD4＋/CD8＋in peripheral blood in observation group was better than that of the control group,There was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Xiaozhang powder navel with hot compress can effectively relieve postoperative abdominal distention for pationts with hepatobiliary surgery,also can improve the immune function.
