脑卒中患者家属照顾者应对方式与心理弹性的相关性研究

Study for the correlation between coping styles and mental flexibility of family caregivers in stroke patients

目的了解脑卒中患者家属照顾者应对方式和心理弹性现状,并探讨两者的相关性。方法采用便利抽样对220例住院脑卒中患者及其家属照顾者应用一般资料调查表、Barthel指数量表、简易应对方式量表、心理弹性量表进行调查。结果脑卒中患者家属照顾者心理弹性得分为(69.96±13.69)分,高于国内常模(t=10.051,P<0.05)。家属照顾者的应对方式以积极应对为主,脑卒中患者家属照顾者的心理弹性与积极应对呈正相关(r=0.448,P<0.01),心理弹性与消极应对呈负相关(r=-0.158,P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者家属照顾者应对方式与心理弹性关系密切。提示医护人员应注重家属照顾者的心理状况,激发其积极心理品质,鼓励照顾者采取积极的应对方式,缓解其负面情绪,从而改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the relationship between coping strategies and psychological resilience among stroke patient＇s family caregivers.Methods A cross-sectional survey based on convenience sampling was conducted.A total of 220 stroke patients and family caregivers were investigated by general information questionnaires,Barthel index（BI）,Simplified coping style questionnaire（SCSQ）and Connor-Davidson resilience scale（CD-RISC）.Results The mean scores of CD-RISC were（69.96±13.69）,higher than the score in normal people（t=10.051,P〈0.05）and positive coping strategies was the main coping style in family caregivers.The psychological resilience of stroke patient＇s family caregiver was positively associated with positive coping strategies（P〈0.01）and negatively related to negative coping strategies（P〈0.05）.Conclusion There is a close relationship between coping strategies and psychological resilience among stroke patient＇s family caregivers.The nurses should pay more attention to psychological status and motivate family caregivers＇ internal positive power and excellent qualities to encourage caregivers to adopt positive coping strategies to improve patients＇ quality of life.
