高职院校内部质量保证体系建设的理论与实践探索——以江苏城乡建设职业学院为例

Theoretical and Practical Research on the Internal Quality Assurance System of Vocational Colleges

高职教育在人才培养的目标、内容、主体和方法等都具有其自身的规律和特点,如何将服务宗旨、就业导向、产教融合、校企合作、工学结合、知行合一的现代职业教育思想,融入高等教育质量保证理论,建构彰显高职教育质量管理规律的保证体系,绝对不是一件简单的、可有可无的事。江苏城乡建设职业学院通过对学校教学文件和教育教学管理制度进行梳理,不断完善质量管理体系,初步形成了具有可操作性、富有学院特色的高职院校内部质量保证的"5×4"模式——"五域同构、四化同步",工作规范化、科学化不断提升,为保证学院的人才培养质量奠定了基础。

The higher vocational education has its own characteristics in talents training. It is not a simple thing to integrate the modern vocational education thoughts into the higher education quality assurance system. By combing the school teaching documents and the educational management system,Jiangsu Urban and Rural Construction College has continuously improved the quality management system and formed the＂5 × 4＂model of internal quality assurance system,which lays a solid foundation for talents training.
