摘要 近十年,我国高校资助取得了很大的进展,帮助众多学子完成学业。在取得成绩的同时,资助的精准性和育人水平面临着很多问题,资助的实效性还需要不断提高。制约资助实效性的一个重要原因就是资助的责任主体不明确,尤其是班主任作为第一线的责任主体,作用没有得到充分发挥,工作缺位,降低了资助的实效性。为此,要思想上重视班主任在资助中的责任,实践中建立机制,充分体现班主任管理学生多、与学生距离近、工作方式灵活等优势,发挥其把关作用、反馈作用和育人作用,有效提升资助的实效性。 Over the past decade,university funding in China has made great progress to help many students complete their studies. At the same time,the accuracy of funding and education level is facing many problems,and the effectiveness of funding needs to continue improving as well. An important reason for restricting the effectiveness of funding is that the main body of the responsibility is not clear,especially for the head teacher,who is the first line of the main responsibility but his role has not been fully exploited. To this end,we must pay attention to the responsibility of teachers,set the mechanism in practice,produce their advantages so as to enhance the efficiency of funding.
