摘要
本文集中探讨积极组织行为学视野下高职教学工作者的六个心理能力,探讨其与教学质量之间的关系,从积极组织行为学的角度,探讨通过提高心理能力来提高教学质量的策略,期望为高职教学的发展提供一定的参考。
The article discussed the six mental abilities of vocational college teachers and the relationship with teaching quality based on the positive organizational behavior. Some strategies are puts forward to enhance the teaching quality by improving the mental ability,which is expected to provide a reference for the development of vocational college teaching.
