结合校企合作开办专业的理论、政策和工作经验,对现代学徒制的培养计划、培养方式和教育教学管理进行阐述,对包职院汽车类专业现代徒制运行过程中的满意度进行了分析,并对践行成果进行总结,为现代学徒制试点院校提供参考。

Based on theories,policies and experience of running a specialty with enterprises,the article talked about the training plan,ways and management of modern apprenticeship class,did a survey on the satisfaction of students majored in automobile in Baotou Vocational Technical College and concluded the achievement,which was expected to provide a reference for other colleges.
