子宫背带式缝合术在治疗剖宫产产后出血中的应用效果

The effect of uterine suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section

目的子宫背带式缝合术用于治疗剖宫产产后出血的效果。方法本文研究选取我院2016年收治的剖宫产产后出血产妇100例,将其平均分成实验组和对照组,各50例。对照组实施常规止血措施,实验组在常规治疗基础上利用子宫背带式缝合术进行止血处理,并比较两组产妇的止血效果。结果经过对两组产妇的止血效果进行观察可知,实验组的止血有效率高达90%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与按摩子宫、宫缩剂等止血方式相比,子宫背带式缝合术的止血效果更好,且并发症较好,可将其作为剖宫产产后出血主要的止血方式。

Objective Uterine suture is used for the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section.Methods The selected subjects in our study were 100 cases of cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage in ourhospital in 2016, and they were evenly divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group, 50cases in each group. In the control group, the routine hemostasis measures were carried out in the control group. Thebasis of the routine treatment in the experimental group was the uterine suspending suture for hemostatic treatment,and the hemostatic effect of the two groups was compared. Results After observing the hemostatic effect of twogroups of pregnant women, we found that the effective rate of the experimental group was as high as 90%, whichwas significantly different from that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion With the way of hemostasissuch as massage uterus and contraction agent, the uterine suspending suture has better hemostatic effect and bettercomplications. It can be used as the main way to stop bleeding after cesarean section.
