摘要
目的探讨饮食控制及胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇的可行性和有效性。方法随机抽选出40例患糖尿病孕产妇作为本研究对象,对患者临床资料进行分析、总结。结果经过治疗后,产妇进行剖宫产的有11例、阴道助产9例、自然分娩20例;其中出现羊水过多4例、胎膜早破7例、巨大儿2例等并发症;无胎儿死亡、流产、早产、妊娠期高血压综合症、酮症酸中毒等不良反应现象出现。结论针对糖尿病孕产妇患者来说,控制该患者群体的饮食,应用适量胰岛素治疗可减少不良反应,降低生产风险,具有临床价值。
Objective To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of diet control and insulin in the treatment of pregnant and lying in pregnant women with gestational diabetes. Methods Randomly selected 40 cases of diabetic pregnant women as the research object,The clinical data of the patients were analyzed and summarized.Results After treatment, There were 11 cases of cesarean section, 9 vaginal midwifery and 20 natural childbirth.There were 4 cases of amniotic fluid, 7 cases of premature rupture of membranes and 2 cases of giant infants. No fetal death, abortion, premature delivery, pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome, ketoacidosis and other adverse reactions occur. Conclusion For patients with diabetes, pregnant and pregnant women,Control the diet of the group.The use of appropriate insulin can reduce adverse reactions. Reduce production risk, It is of clinical value.
