关于前庭大腺疾病患者心理状况调查及护理措施

Investigation on Psychological status of patients with Vestibular Major gland Disease and Nursing measures

目的在基于前庭大腺患者心理状况予以调查的基础上,研究分析针对性的护理措施。方法选择2017年1月至10月收治的前庭大腺囊肿患者51例作为本次研究的对象,对其心理状况进行调查。结果 51例前庭大腺患者均存在不同的心理焦虑,患者表现为害怕、恐惧,焦虑不安,抑郁等情况。应当给予积极的心理干预。结论通过对前庭大腺患者心理状况进行调查,给予有效地心理干预措施,大大提高了患者对前庭大腺疾病的认知程度,纠正了患者的不良情绪,促使其积极配合治疗,大大提升了治疗效率。

Objective To investigate the psychological status of patients with vestibular mass and to provide evidence for their psychological support and to explore effective nursing measures.Methods Between January 2017 and October 51 patients with vestibular big gland cyst treated as the research object,through the way of questionnaire survey,to understand the basic condition of the patients,including patients with marriage situation and economic situation and psychological state and personal hygiene and the cognition to the disease and care needs a full investigation.Results All the 51 patients had different psychological anxiety,and the patients showed fear,fear,anxiety and depression.Positive psychological intervention should be given.Conclusion Through investigate the psychological status in patients with vestibular big gland,gives the efective psychological intervention measures,greatly improving the patients cognition of vestibular big gland disease,corrected the bad mood of patients,prompting them to actively cooperate with treatment,greatly improved the treatment efciency.
