探究孕产妇围生期呼吸及心脏骤停的特点与预后

摘要 目的探究孕产妇围生期呼吸及心脏骤停的特点与预后。方法选取我院2007年1月至2017年3月接受了体检的孕妇75例,将临床确诊为妊娠心脏病的孕妇根据是否进行干预措施分为两组研究组和对照组,研究组孕妇采用了一定干预措施,对照组不采用干预措施。比较两组孕妇妊娠结局差异,将巨大儿列为代谢性危险因素Logistics逐步回归分析各项指标和巨大儿发生风险的关系。结果研究组新生儿出生体重为(3256±30)g低于对照组的(3487±35)g;同时研究组巨大儿的发生率和孕妇高血压的发生率分别为2.00%、3.00%均低于对照组的3.67%、5.45%,P<0.05;两组产妇在孕中晚期体重增长量、FBS含量、TG含量以及CHOL含量具有差异,P<0.05;孕20周时体重和是否患有GDM与有无代谢性因素无关,P>0.05。结论采取营养干预可有效降低高危孕妇妊娠不良结局的发生率,通过膳食管理对孕妇的体重进行有效的控制降低巨大儿的发生风险,该干预值得在孕期推广使用。 Objective To investigate the characteristics and prognosis of perinatal respiratory and cardiac arrest in pregnant women.Methods Select our hospital between January 2007 and March 2017 received physical examination of 75 cases of pregnant women,the clinical diagnosis of heart disease during pregnancy pregnant women interventions are divided into two groups according to whether the group and the control group:the study group and the control group,pregnant women in the study group adopted certain interventions,and the control group did not adopt the interventions.The diference of pregnancy outcomes between the two groups of pregnant women was compared.The huge children were listed as the metabolic risk factors Logistics,and the regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the indicators and the risk of macrosomia.Results The birth weight of newborns in the study group was (3256±30) g lower than that of the control group (3487±35) g.At the same time,the incidence rate of the study group and the incidence of hypertension in pregnant women were 2.00% and 3.00% respectively,respectively,compared with 3.67% and 5.45% of the control group,P〈0.05.The weight gain,FBS content,TG content and CHOL content in the second trimester of the two groups were different,P〈0.05; No metabolic factors,P〉0.05,Conclusion Nutritional intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in high-risk pregnant women,effective control of pregnant women's weight through dietary management to reduce the risk of macrosomia,the intervention is worth in pregnancy Promote use.
