剖宫产瘢痕妊娠及葡萄胎妊娠相关病例3例分析

摘要葡萄胎是一种来源于胎盘滋养细胞的良性疾病,是妇产科常见的疾病,有恶性病变为滋养细胞肿瘤的可能;剖宫产瘢痕妊娠（CSP）有出现子宫破裂或阴道大出血风险.随着剖宫产率的增加,葡萄胎合并剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的发生率也有所增加,增加了临床诊治困难,现有3例相关病例报告如下,以助于临床鉴别及诊疗.
