摘要
基于陕、甘、鲁、豫四个苹果主产省农户微观调研数据,运用Logit模型、Probit模型和效应分解模型分析劳动力转移对农户测土配方施肥技术选择的影响机理。结果表明:劳动力转移对农户测土配方施肥技术选择具有稳健的正向影响;劳动力转移产生的人口效应与收入效应均为正,且人口效应大于收入效应;户主文化程度、是否为村干部、种植年限以及是否加入合作社对农户技术选择具有显著正影响;化肥施用量认知对农户技术选择具有显著负影响。
Based on the micro survey data from Shannxi,Gansu,Shandong and Henan provinces,this paper uses Logit model,Probit model and effect decomposition model to study the impact of labor transfer on farmers’choices of soil testing formulated fertilization.The result shows that labor transfer has a significant positive influence on farmers’application of soil testing formula choice,and the population effect and income effect of labor transfer are positive while the population effect is greater than the income effect.The educational level of the household head,a village cadre or not a village cadre of the household head,planting years and joining the cooperatives or not have a significant positive influence on farmers’technological choice,while cognition of fertilizer use has a significant negative influence on farmers’technological choice.
