基于数值模拟的群井疏排方案优化分析

摘要 通过对芦村一矿副井群井疏排水的正交分析和参数变量分析,发现降水井数量和降水区域半径对降水效果起着重要作用。基于洛河组砂岩裂隙含水层渗流模拟软件构建的疏排方案优化平台,进行副井降水井优化设计,最终确定最佳降水井数量为8个,最佳布置圈径为16m。根据数值模拟结果,进行副井疏排水施工。即在圈径16m位置,施工了8个降水小井疏排水,井筒处水位降深满足了井筒施工要求。 With the orthogonal analysis on the water drainage of the group wells and the parameter variation analysis conducted in a mine auxiliary shaft of Lucun No.1 Mine,the number of the dewatering wells and the radius of the dewatering area would have an important role of the dewatering effect.Based on a seepage simulation software of a fractured aquifer in a sandstone of Luohe Formation,an optimized platform of the water drainage plan was established.An optimized design of the dewatering well for the auxiliary shaft was conducted.An optimum number of the dewatering well was finally set up with 8 wells and an optimum layout ring diameter was 16 m.According to the numerical simulation results,the auxiliary well dewatering was conducted.Thus within the ring diameter of 16 m,there were 8 dewatering wells constructed and the dewatering level of the mine shaft fully met the construction requirements of the mine shaft construction.
