The Basic Thought of Achieving Balanced Development in Ethnic Regions——Learning the Spirit of the 19th National Congress

新时代,我国主要矛盾已变成人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾。民族地区经济发展直接关系到我国能否实现经济更加平衡充分发展的问题。在分析目前民族地区经济发展不平衡问题的基础上,提出了激发少数民族群体的内生动力,大力发展特色优势产业,实施差别化的区域政策,和应因地制宜、分类实策的政策主张。

The principal contradiction facing Chinese society in the new era is that between unbalanced and inadequate development and the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life. The economic development in ethnic regions directly relates to whether China can achieve a more balanced and fully developed economy. Based on the analysis of the unbalanced economic development in ethnic regions,this paper puts forward the policy suggestions of stimulating the endogenous motivation of ethnic minority groups,vigorously developing advantageous industries with their own characteristic,implementing differentiated regional policies and classifying policies according to local conditions.
