摘要
通过固相法合成了一系列Zn_(1-x)Co_xO绿色色料。利用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、紫外漫反射光谱和CIE L*a*b*比色对色料进行了分析。结果表明,合成的色料是一种基于纤锌矿晶体结构的绿色颜料。一定时长的高能球磨(HEBM)可以减小粒径并使其形貌均匀,同时提高颜料的颜色性能。通过添加2wt%的CaF_2可以降低反应的烧成温度并提高颜料的色度。颜料中氧化钴的含量比其他钴基颜料少得多(约1.8wt%)。因此,制备的钴绿色颜料具有良好的应用和市场前景。
A series of Zn1-xCoxO green pigments have been synthesized by solid-state reaction.The pigment samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,electron microscope scanning,ultraviolet diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and CIE L*a*b*colorimetric analysis.The results demonstrated that the synthetic pigment is a kind of new green hue based on crystal structure of zinc oxide,which can be used as color pigments.High energy ball milling(HEBM)can reduce the particle size and make it uniform,also can improve the color properties of pigments.The calcination temperature of solid state reaction and the color brightness can be improved by adding 2 wt% CaF_2.The content of cobalt oxide in the pigment is much less(about1.8 wt%)than other cobalt based pigments.Therefore,the prepared cobalt green pigment has a good application and market prospect.
