离子刻蚀模板浇铸法制备网络状炭纳米线

摘要 以聚碳酸酯为模板,酚醛树脂为填充物,结合离子刻蚀与纳米浇筑法,制备一种新型网络状炭纳米线。制备过程中,选择多方向离子辐射的聚碳酸酯薄片为模板,经NaOH溶液刻蚀,酚醛树脂填充孔道,高温下交联,去除模板,适宜温度炭化后得到一种能复制聚合物特殊孔道结构的炭纳米线。该纳米线直径300nm,长度约10μm,且相互交叉连接形成三维网络状,具有良好的物理化学稳定性。 Using the polycarbonate as the template,the phenolic resin as the filler,and connected the method of ion-track etched and nanocasting process,a new kind of novel network like carbon nanowire is made.In the synthesis process,polycarbonate with multiple inclined arrays is used as template,which is etched by NaOH,followed by the fill of resins and cross linking at moderate temperature.Finally,the template is removed at high temperature,and a carbon nanowire with special pore structure can be obtained after carbonization at suitable temperature.The diameter of the carbon nanowires is up to 300 nm,and the length reaches 10μm.This interconnected network morphology can improve the physical and chemical performance of carbon nanowires.
