自拟方结肠灵汤治疗肝郁气滞型功能性消化不良的效果探讨

Study on Effect of Self-designed Prescription Jiechangling Decoction in Treatment of Liver Qi Stagnation Functional Dyspepsia

目的探究分析自拟方结肠灵汤治疗肝郁气滞型功能性消化不良的效果。方法选取濮阳市第三人民医院2014年8月—2016年11月收治的肝郁气滞型功能性消化不良患者中选取109例,采用数字随机分配法分为实验组和对照组。对照组54例,使用奥美拉唑联合黛力新治疗。实验组55例,在其基础上加以实施自拟方结肠灵汤治疗,分析对边两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者上腹胀痛、餐后早饱、食欲不振、泛酸烧心等症状评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,实验组患者上腹胀痛、餐后早饱、食欲不振、泛酸烧心等症状评分明显低于对照组,同时,实验组患者总有效率为81.82%,对照组患者总有效率为62.96%,实验组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.856 2;P=0.028)。结论对肝郁气滞型功能性消化不良患者采用自拟方结肠灵汤治疗能够有效改善患者的临床症状,修复肠内黏膜,改变患者肠内菌群,临床效果显著,值得推广使用。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of self designed prescription jiechangling decoction in treatment of liver qi stagnation Functional dyspepsia. Methods 109 cases of patients with liver qi stagnation Functional dyspepsia admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2014 to November 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group with 54 cases used theomeprazole combined with deanxit for treatment, while the experimental group with 55 cases were treated with self designed prescription jiechangling decoction on the basis of the control group, and the clinical treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the upper abdominal pain, early postprandial satiety, anorexia in the experimental group were obviously lower than those in the control group, at the same time, the total effective rate in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group（81.82% vs 62.96%）, and the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=4.856 2;P=0.028）. Conclusion The self designed prescription jiechangling decoction in treatment of liver qi stagnation functional dyspepsia can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, recover the intestinal mucosa and improve the intestinal flora, and the clinical effect is obvious, which is worth promotion and application.
