美托洛尔缓释片联合麝香保心丸治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Metoprolol Tartrate Sustained-Release Tablets Com-bined with Shexiang Baoxin Pill in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Unsteady Type Angina Pectoris

目的探究和分析美托洛尔缓释片联合麝香保心丸治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法从2015年9月—2017年9月期间该院收治的冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者中随机选取120例作为该次的观察研究对象,将这120例患者按照患者的个人意愿分为观察组和对照组,两组各60例患者;对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,观察组患者给予美托洛尔缓释片联合麝香保心丸进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果从临床疗效来看,观察组患者的临床总有效率为93.33%,对照组患者的临床总有效率为80.00%,观察组的临床疗效比对照组高13.33%,(χ~2=9.487,P<0.05);从临床指标来看,治疗后,观察组患者的心绞痛发作频率(2.23±0.17)次/d、持续时间(2.84±0.39)min、发作间期(6.05±1.07)d均显著优于对照组(6.19±0.51)次/d的心绞痛发作频率、(5.31±1.02)min心绞痛持续时间和(3.29±0.69)d心绞痛发作间期,差异有统计学意义(t=2.436、2.353、3.241,P<0.05)。结论采用美托洛尔缓释片联合麝香保心丸进行冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的治疗,能够显著提高患者的临床治疗效果,有效的缓解和改善患者的心绞痛发作频率、持续时间和发作间期,具有临床推广的意义和价值。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of metoprolol tartrate sustained-release tablets combined with shexiang baoxin pill in treatment of coronary heart disease and unsteady type angina pectoris. Methods 120 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and unsteady type angina pectoris admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the individual willingness, with 60 cases in each, the control group used the routine western medicine treatment, while the observation group sued the metoprolol tartrate sustained-release tablets combined with shexiang baoxin pill, and the clinical treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical treatment effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（93.33% vs 80.00%）, and the difference value was 13.33%,（χ~2=9.487,P〈0.05）, and the angina pectoris attack frequency, duration, attack interval in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group, [（2.23±0.17）times/d,（2.84±0.39）min,（6.05±1.07）d vs（6.19±0.51）times/d,（5.31±1.02）min,（3.29±0.69）d], and the differences were statistically significant,（t=2.436,2.353,3.241,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The metoprolol tartrate sustained-release tablets combined with shexiang baoxin pill in treatment of coronary heart disease and unsteady type angina pectoris can obviously improve the clinical treatment effect, and effectively relieve and improve the angina pectoris attack frequency, duration, attack interval of patients, which is of clinical promotion value.
