利多卡因凝胶在经直肠前列腺穿刺活检中的止痛效果分析

Analysis of Analgesic Effect of Lignocaine Gel in the Percutaneous Biopsy of Transrectal Prostate

目的研究利多卡因凝胶在经直肠前列腺穿刺中的止痛效果。方法选择2015年2月—2017年2月于山西省汾西矿业集团职工总医院进行前列腺穿刺患者112例,随机分为润滑剂组和利多卡因凝胶组,每组56例,利多卡因凝胶组使用直肠内利多卡因凝胶,润滑剂组采用单纯润滑剂,比较两组患者穿刺后疼痛评分及不良反应发生情况。结果利多卡因凝胶组患者疼痛评分(2.14±0.83)分低于润滑剂组(4.61±2.33)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者检查后未发生不良反应,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论直肠内利多卡因凝胶在前列腺穿刺中有明显的止痛效果,可以缓解患者的疼痛感受,提高穿刺活检的患者舒适程度。

Objective To research the analgesic effect of lignocaine gel in the percutaneous biopsy of transrectal prostate. Methods 112 cases of patients with prostate puncture in the Fenxi Mining Group Staff General Hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected and divided into the lubricant group and lignocaine gel group with 56 cases in each, respectively treated with simple lubricant and intrarectal lignocaine gel, and the pains score and incidence rate of adverse reactions after puncture were compared between the two groups. Results The pains scores in the lignocaine gel group was lower than that in the lubricant group, [（2.14 ±0.83）points vs（4.61±2.33）points], and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and no one had adverse reactions, and the differences were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The analgesic effect of lignocaine gel in the percutaneous biopsy of transrectal prostate is obvious, which can relieve the pains of patients and improve the comfort degree of percutaneous biopsy.
