偏头痛采用头痛宁胶囊联合尼莫地平治疗临床疗效刍议

Analysis of Clinical Curative Effect of Tou TongNing-Capsules Combined with Nimodipine in Treatment of Migraine

目的研究头痛宁胶囊联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛的临床效果。方法选择2016年10月—2017年10月在该院接受治疗偏头痛患者124例,采用随机分组分为观察组与对照组两组,每组62例。对照组的62例患者口服尼莫地平;观察组的62例患者在口服尼莫地平胶囊的基础联合头痛宁胶囊进行治疗,12周为一个疗程,在治疗2个疗程后对比两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组患者在治疗后总有效率98.39%,对照组总有效率91.94%,观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后肝功能TP、Alb、AST指标正常,组间数据比较差异无统计学意义,两种治疗方法均安全有效(P>0.05)。结论采用头痛宁胶囊联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛效果显著,安全无副作用,值得临床推广实施。

Objective To research the clinical curative effect of tou tongning-capsules combined with nimodipine in treatment of migraine. Methods 124 cases of migraine patients treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 62 cases in each, the control group took the nimodipine orally, the observation group took the tou tongning-capsules combined with nimodipine, and 12 week was one treatment course, and the clinical curative effect was compared after treatment of two treatment courses. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group（98.39% vs 91.94%）（P〈0.05）, after treatment, the TP, Alb, AST of liver functions of the two groups were normal, and the differences between groups were not obvious, and both methods were safe and effective（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The effect of tou tongning-capsules combined with nimodipine in treatment of migraine is obvious, without side effect, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
