儿童漏斗胸螺旋CT的应用价值

Application Value of Spiral CT of Chonechondrosteron in Children

目的探讨在开展儿童漏斗胸诊断工作期间,观察螺旋CT的临床应用价值。方法选择该院2015年11月—2017年7月收治的70例漏斗胸患儿作为实验对象;临床对所有患儿展开胸部CT检查,以探讨Haller指数以及心脏旋转角对漏斗胸表现出的诊断价值。结果对于所有漏斗胸患儿,均呈现出程度有所不同的胸骨凹陷的情况。在准备手术前,对患儿施以Haller指数测量,最终结果为(5.32±1.95),手术后为(2.89±0.23),手术前后差异有统计学意义(t=11.707 1,P<0.05);手术前,漏斗胸患儿心脏旋转角为(67.69±10.73)°;手术后为(62.12±9.29)°;手术前后差异有统计学意义(t=3.283 4,P<0.05);对于正常对照组Haller指数加以测定,最终结果为(2.59±0.25),心脏旋转角为(49.32±2.13)°。患儿Haller指数呈现出一定程度增加后,会使得患者的心脏旋转角呈现出一定程度加大,二者表现为正相关(t=11.701 7,3.283 4,P<0.05)。结论对于儿童漏斗胸患者在施以螺旋CT诊断期间,Haller指数以及心脏旋转角表现出显著诊断价值。

Objective To study the clinical application value of spiral CT of chonechondrosteron in children. Methods70 cases of children with chonechondrosteron admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2015 to July 2017 were selected and all children underwent the chest CT examination, to study the Haller index and diagnosis value of cardiac rotation angle to chonechondrosteron. Results All children with chonechondrosteron had different degrees of koilosternia, the Haller index of children was measured, and the final result was（5.32±1.95） before surgery and（2.89±0.23） after surgery, and the differences were obvious（t=11.707 1,P〈0.05）; before surgery, the cardiac rotation angle of children before surgery and after surgery was respectively（67.69±10.73）° and（62.12±9.29）°, and the difference was obvious（t=3.283 4,P〈0.05）; and the Haller index and cardiac rotation angle in the normal control group were respectively（2.59±0.25） and（49.32±2.13）°, and the cardiac rotation angle showed a certain increase after the Haller index of children showed a certain increase, positively correlated with each other,（t=11.701 7,3.283 4,P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the spiral CT in diagnosis of children with chonechondrosteron, Haller index and cardiac rotation angle show an obvious diagnosis value.
