摘要
南京景枫中心项目有4栋超高层住宅,均为低区大空间商业,高区小开间剪力墙住宅,转换层设于5层,属于高位转换复杂超限结构,通过传力直接、受力路径清晰的梁式转换,结构体系为部分框支-剪力墙.基于抗震性能化设计理念,对结构进行中震弹性、中震不屈服验算以及大震静力弹塑性验证分析,采取合理的抗震加强措施,如在框支梁和框支柱中设置型钢以提高其延性和变形能力等,分析结果表明,本工程在地震作用下具有较好的安全储备.同时,介绍了本工程超深地下室的基础设计.
Nanjing Jingfeng center project with four high-rise residential buildings is a large commercial space in low area and small bay shearing wall residential in high area, and con-version layer arranged on the 5th floor belongs to high conversion. The partial frame-suppor-ted shearing wall structure with beam transmission adopted has direct and clear pathways for force conversion. According to performance-based seismic design,the paper carries out the elastic design and non-yielding design under the importance, and takes appropriate and rea-sonable construction measures on the elastic-plastic analysis under the rare earthquake. Type steel to improve the ductility and deformation capacity is arranged in frame supported beam and pillar box. The results show that the project under the earthquake action has good safety reserve. Design of foundation with deep basement is also introduced.
