摘要
结合青岛市医养结合养老机构的发展现状与存在的问题,分析了国外医疗性老年机构的先进经验,从综合型养老机构、人际交往环境、疾病护理团队、建筑内部设计4方面,为青岛未来医养结合老年机构的建设提出建议.
With development status and existing problems of medical ＆ nursing organizations for the elderly in Qingdao, this paper analyzes the experience of medical organizations for the elderly in foreign countries, and puts forward development suggestions of old-age careinsti- tutions combining medical treatment with endowment in future of Qingdao from four aspects of comprehensive old-age institution, interpersonalcommunication environment, disease nurs-ing team and internal building design.
