the traffic congestion in the domestic cities,as well as the widespread haze in China now,the increasingly pointed problems have had to draw attention to us.In this paper,we have introduced the public bicycle system in Qingdao.To cope with the problems that plague Peoples Daily lives,a new concept has been proposed：public bicycles.We must advocate for universal participation in green travel.
