摘要
桥式起重机能够满足物体升降和转运作业的基本需求,现在各个行业中已经得到了大规模应用。桥式起重机的工作效率能够对企业的经济效益产生直接影响。通常情况下,桥吊桥式起重机配置的拖动系统采用的是绕线式交流异步电机。转子回路的内部传输用于调速,并使用凸轮控制器与继电器进行触点控制,但是在具体应用过程中存在一些不足。根据桥吊桥式起重机的内部结构和控制系统的特点,本文主要分析了变频器的优点及其在起重机设备上的应用。
Bridge cranes are able to meet the basic requirements of lifting and transfer operations of objects and are now used in large scale in various industries.The efficiency of bridge cranes can have a direct impact on the economic efficiency of the company.Under normal circumstances,the suspension system of the bridge suspension bridge crane adopts a winding-type AC asynchronous motor.The internal transmission of the rotor circuit is used for speed regulation,and the cam controller and the relay are used for contact control,but there are some deficiencies in the specific application process.According to the characteristics of the internal structure and control system of the bridge-bridge crane,this paper mainly analyzes the advantages of the frequency converter and its application in crane equipment.
