Hazard Analysis on Chemical Storage in Testing Laboratory and its Countermeasures

检测实验室部分检测报告数据需要依赖各种化学品,其中包括危险化学品,甚至剧毒品等。化学品的存储是发生实验室安全事故的重要环节。本文通过对化学品的危险特性、存储特性进行归纳,从存储环境、存储设施、操作人员等方面进行风险分析,得出可能发生事故的类型为火灾、爆炸、中毒窒息、化学灼伤等,并对化学品的存储提出相应的对策措施。

The test report data need to rely on a variety of chemicals,including hazardous chemicals,and even highly toxic products.The storage of chemicals is an important link in the occurrence of laboratory safety accidents.This paper summarized the hazard characteristics of the chemical and its storage characteristics,analyzes the risks from the storage environment,storage facilities,operating personnel,found the possible accidents as fre,explosion,poisoning,chemical burns,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures for chemical storage.
