气田甲醇回收工艺优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文基于HYSYS软件模拟某天然气处理厂甲醇回收工艺,以甲醇精馏提高产量,改进工艺参数为目的,分析进料位置、精馏塔塔板数、回流比对甲醇回收效果的影响。计算结果证明本文建立的模型符合现场实际工艺和参数需求。优化后的结果对提高甲醇浓度有一定的指导意义。
