摘要
当前,网络诈骗犯罪频繁发生,严重危害社会稳定。总体上,网络诈骗犯罪在手段、时间、组织化程度等方面呈现出较为复杂的样态。实践表明,网络空间对传统三维空间的极大突破、网络监管主体不尽职和针对被害人的"私人订制"共同促成了此类犯罪的发生。在"立体化社会治安防控体系"的引领下,必须多方合作、多元并举、多管齐下,有效整合政府、企业、社会和个体四方的力量来治理网络诈骗犯罪。
Currently,Internet fraud crime occurred frequently,which causes serious damage to social stability.Internet fraud crime presents a more complex state in crime method and time,as well as the level of the organization of crime.The practice shows that there are three factors jointly contributed to the occurrence of Internet fraud crime.Firstly,the network space is a breakthrough to the traditional three-dimensional space;Secondly,the su-pervision subject of network is failing to do his duty;Finally,the victims are lacking of victim prevention.There-fore,we should undertake the system of social security control and prevention and effectively integrate the power of government,enterprises,society and individual to control internet fraud crime.
