102株志贺菌血清分型与耐药性分析 被引量:4

Analysis of serotype distribution and drug resistance of 102 strains of Shigella

摘要 目的了解新疆食源性疾病特定病原体监测中志贺菌血清型分布及耐药性。方法以腹泻症状为主诉的就诊病例中分离到的102株志贺菌,进行生化鉴定和血清分型,药敏试验采用微量肉汤稀释法(MIC法)。结果 102株志贺菌中,1岁~组感染最高,为45.10%,其次为5岁~组(占13.73%);福氏志贺菌87株,占85.29%,宋内志贺菌12株,占11.76%,痢疾志贺菌3株,占2.94%。血清型别中,F2a型血清型占比最高(40.20%),其次为F2b型(15.69%)、F1b(9.80%)。经15种抗生素药敏检测,志贺菌对头孢西丁、亚胺硫霉素、头孢他定敏感;对红霉素、氨苄西林、萘啶酸耐药,耐药率分别为97.06%、88.24%、79.41%。耐6类~9类抗生素的占比分别为31.37%、17.65%、19.61%、10.78%。结论 2013年-2016年由志贺菌引起的食源性疾病主要以低年龄组为主,F2a型为优势血清型。志贺菌多重耐药性较为严重,应加强食源性疾病病原菌耐药监测,为食源性疾病的治疗和防控耐药菌的传播提供依据。 Objective To explore the serotype distribution and drug resistance of Shigella species isolated in food-borne disease surveillance in Xinjiang.Methods A total of 102 Shigella strains isolated from the clinical diarrhea cases were conducted for biochemical identification and serotyping,and drug sensitivity test was conducted by minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC).Results Among 102 strains of Shigella,infection rate for aged 1-4 group was the highest(45.10%),followed by that of aged 5-9 group(13.73%).S.flexneri was the most common in 87 strains(85.29%),followed by S.sonnei in 12 strains(11.76%)and S.dysenteriae in 3 strains(2.94%).Type F2 a was dominant(40.20%),followed by F2 b(15.69%)and F1 b(9.80%).The results of 15 kinds of antibiotics susceptibility test showed that the isolated Shigella was sensitive to cefoxitin,thienamycin,cephalosporin;and the drug resistance rates to erythromycin,ampicillin,nalidixic acid were 97.06%,88.24%,and 79.41%,respectively.Resistance of 6-9 kinds of antibiotics accounted respectively for 31.37%,17.65%,19.61%,and 10.78%.Conclusion Shigella infection of food-borne disease mainly occurred in the low age groups,and F2 a type was its superiority serotype from 2013 to 2016.The multidrug resistance of Shigella was still severe,so the pathogen resistance monitoring of the food-borne disease should be strengthened,in order to provide basis for the treatment of food-borne diseases,and the prevention and control of the spread of drug resistant pathogens.
