2013年-2015年天水市呼吸道病毒感染病原谱分析

Pathogen spectrum analysis of respiratory virus infection in Tianshui from 2013 to 2015

目的了解2013年-2015年天水地区人群中以成年人为主的常见呼吸道感染病毒性病原构成及分布情况,掌握主要的病毒性病原体病原谱,为急性呼吸道感染的预防控制提供科学的依据。方法采用多重PCR方法和实时荧光定量PCR方法,进行9种病毒性病原:呼吸道腺病毒(R-ADV)、鼻病毒(HRV)、副流感病毒(PIV)、流感病毒(Flu)、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、人偏肺病毒(h MPV)、人冠状病毒(HCo V)和人博卡病毒(HBo V)共15种型别的检测。结果610例呼吸道患者总的病毒核酸阳性率为34.43%。感染比例居前4位的病毒病原依次为HRV(14.10%)、HCo V(7.05%)、Flu(6.89%)、RSV(5.08%)。15岁以下病例的阳性率(70.58%)明显高于15岁以上年龄组阳性率。不同病毒的发病季节性有差别。结论 2013年-2015年天水地区呼吸道感染的病毒性病原体中以HRV、HCo V、Flu和RSV为主要病原体,多种呼吸道病毒混合感染也占有较大比例。

Objective To understand the constitution and distribution of viral pathogens in common respiratory infection of adults in Tianshui from 2013 to 2015,and grasp the main pathogenic spectrum of viral pathogens,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of acute respiratory infections.Methods Real-time PCR and multiple reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR）method were used to detect 9 kinds of respiratory viral pathogens,including respiratory adenovirus（R-ADV）,rhinovirus（HRV）,parainfluenza virus（PIV）,influenza virus（Flu）,respiratory syncytial virus（RSV）,human metapneumovirus（h MPV）,human coronavirus（HCo V）and human bocavirus（HBo V）in 15 viral types.Results Among the 610 samples,the positive rate was 34.43%,among which the highest positive rate was HRV（14.10%）,followed by HCo V（7.05%）,Flu（6.89%）and RSV（5.08%）.The positive rate of cases under 15 years old（70.58%）was significantly higher than that of the age group above 15 years old.There was seasonal differences in the incidence of different viruses.Conclusion The most proportion of the respiratory tract infection of viral pathogens were HRV,HCo V,Flu and RSV,and the mixed infection of respiratory viruses also occupies a large proportion.
