摘要
在醇酮尾气模拟装置上分别采用环烷基基础油洗涤油、环烷基调和油洗涤油和石蜡基基础油洗涤油进行洗涤油吸收效果评价。环烷基基础油和环烷基调和油能够将尾气中的环己烷全部吸收,吸收率达100%,而石蜡基基础油对尾气中环己烷的吸收率仅为97.00%。综合考虑价格和尾气吸收效果,建议采用环烷基基础油作为在用洗涤油奥的克轻油的替代品。
A detergent oil of naphthene base oil,a detergent oil of naphthenic blend oil and a detergent oil of paraffin base oil were used to evaluate the absorption effect of detergent oil in a alcohol ketone tail gas simulation unit.The naphthene base oil and the naphthenic blend oil can absorb all the cyclohexane in the tail gas with the absorption rate being 100%,and the cyclohexane absorption rate by the paraffin base oil is only97.00%.It is thus suggested that the naphthene base oil be used as the substitute for the alcohol ketone tail gas detergent oil in use currently.
