用于色母分散剂的副产蜡性能研究

Research on Properties of By-Product Wax as Color Master Batch Dispersant

研究了某炼油厂副产蜡用于色母分散剂性能。以线性聚乙烯为载体树脂,加入颜料和某炼油厂的副产蜡,制备色母分散剂,考察了副产蜡的热稳定性能、着色强度和加工性能。试验表明,副产蜡为分散剂的色母着色薄膜,加量为0.4%时,薄膜物性较好。副产蜡用于色母分散剂性能优越,工艺路线可行,且提高其应用价值,拓宽其应用领域。

The properties of the by-product wax from a refinery used as color master batch dispersant are studied.A color master batch dispersant was prepared with linear polyethylene as the carrier resin to which a pigment and a by-product wax from a refinery were added,and the thermal stability,color intensity and processability of the by-product wax were investigated.The results of test have shown that the physical properties of the film are good when 0.4% of the color master batch prepared with the by-product wax as the dispersant is used to color the film.The properties of the by-product wax as color master batch dispersant are excellent,the process route of preparing color master batch dispersant using by-product wax is feasible,and both the application value and the application area of by-product wax can be increased with this technique.
