摘要 目的探讨情境模拟教学法在高级护理实践课程教学中的应用效果。方法选取某校2015级、2016级83名全日制护理硕士专业学位研究生作为研究对象,在高仿真综合模拟实训室,采用情境模拟教学法开展高级护理实践课程,并采用高级护理实践课程评价问卷、学生护理临床能力满意度调查表及考核成绩进行效果评价。结果91.6%的学生认为本课程是其在研究生期间最感兴趣的课程,95.2%的学生对教学设计和安排表示满意;教师对学生临床能力综合满意率为97.4%;83名学生考核成绩为(91.1±2.81)分。结论情境模拟教学法应用于高级护理实践课程教学中,可以促进教学模式的更新,提高教学效果。 Objective To evaluate the effects of a situational simulation teaching method apphed in the advanced nursing practice course.Methods Eighty three full time Masters of Nursing Specialist of grade 2015 and 2016 from a school were selected.Situational simulation teaching method was applied for the advanced nursing practice course in the comprehensive simulation training labs.The course assessment questionnaire,satisfaction questionnaire of students clinical abilities,and the examination scores were used to evaluate the teaching effects.Results 91.6% of the students considered this course as their most interested course.95.2% students were satisfied with the course design and arrangement.97.4% teachers were satisfied with the clinical ability of students.The mean score of students in this course was 91.1 ±2.81.Conclusion The application of situational simulation teaching method in the advanced nursing practice course can promote the innovation of teaching method and improve the teaching effects.
