护理本科生参加高龄老人临终关怀志愿服务体验的研究

The experience of providing palliative care for the elderly with advantaged age among nursing students

目的了解护理本科生参加高龄老人临终关怀志愿者服务的内心体验。方法对11名参加高龄老人临终关怀志愿服务的护理本科生进行访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行资料分析。结果提取出学生内心体验的5个主题:自我价值的实现,职业素养的提高,志愿服务对象正向、积极的情感,志愿服务的压力,对志愿服务的期望。结论护理教育者应重视学生参加志愿服务的内心体验,对学生进行临终关怀理念、原则、知识及技巧方面的培训。

Objective To understand the experience of providing palliative care for the elderly with advantaged age among nursing students.Methods Interviews were conducted among 11 nursing students who took part in the palliative care of the elderly with advantaged age.Colaizzi method was used to analyze the data.Results Five items emerged from the data including the realization of self-worth,promotion of professional quality,positive emotion,the pressure of volunteering and expectation of voluntary service.Conclusion Nursing educators should pay attention to students＇ experience of participating in the voluntary service.The concept,principles,knowledge and skills of hospice care need to be taught to the students.
