上部结构电熔AZS砖高温下玻璃相渗出的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文介绍了汽车玻璃窑炉上部结构用新型电熔AZS砖的化学组成、性能指标和其主要用途。由于SiO_2和Na_2O含量的减少,使得玻璃相含量减少、质量改善,玻璃渗出量降低。因此,特别适用于玻璃窑炉上部结构。 In this paper,it revealed the relationship between fused AZS brick's glass phase exudation and its chemical composition,porosity,temperature and microstructure,the study found the amount of fused AZS brick's glass phase exudation rely on its SiO2,Na2O total amount and temperature.The difference in microstructure is the fundamental reason that affects the amount of the exudation of the glass phase.
