摘要
本指南是基于循证医学的临床实践指南,主要为季节性变应性鼻炎(seasonal allergic rhinitis,SAR)的治疗提供临床建议。指南对SAR治疗中抗组胺药、皮质类固醇和白三烯受体拮抗剂的疗效进行分析,并提出了三项建议用于指导SAR患者的治疗,从而为临床医师选择最佳干预方式提供参考。
The Treatment of Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis： An Evidence-Based Focused 2017 Guideline Update is an evidence-based clinical guideline,which provides clinical advice for the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis （SAR）. The guideline analyzes the efficacy of antihistamines, corticosteroids and LTRAs in SAR therapy and presents three recommendations for guiding the treatment of patients with SAR.The purpose is to provide a reference for clinicians to choose the best intervention method for SAR treatment.
