在艺术体育教育事业高速发展和英语语言应用性大幅扩张的今天,采取何种有效的英语培训方式提升艺体类院校青年教师的英语水平值得关注。结合国内重点艺体类院校已有的英语校本培训经验,此次研究以中央戏剧学院青年教师英语培训为基础范例,对英语培训教学实施过程中所获取的数据进行分析,探讨英语校本培训在发展艺体类院校青年教师英语能力的过程中所展现出来的针对性、灵活性及人文性。

Arts and sports education is developing fast and application of English is expanding greatly nowadays,it is worth drawing attention to discuss an effective way of improving youth faculty＇s English skills in arts and sports colleges.Combining existing English training situations in key arts and sports colleges with example of youth faculty English training program in The Central Academy of Drama,this training research,based on researching materials and data analysis,explores the orientation,flexibility and practicability of school-based in-service teacher education of English training in arts and sports colleges.
