水平井筛管完井提拉预应力工具的研制

摘要 为解决稠油热采水平井开发中套管串受热伸长的问题,研制出一种水平井筛管完井提拉预应力工具,采用水平井筛管上部固井段提拉预应力的完井方法,缓解套管损坏和井口抬升问题。室内和现场试验表明,提拉预应力工具可支撑套管完全离地,安全提拉力达100 t,提拉预应力工具可明显吃入地层,产生有效提拉力,满足水平井筛管完井作业要求。该工具填补了水平井提拉预应力工具的空白,具有推广应用价值。 To solve the problem of extension of casing string in the horizontal well in thermal recovery development,a kind of prestressing tool in horizontal well screen completion was developed,which could relieve casing damage and wellhead lifting problem by the method of prestressing casing string on the upper part of horizontal section.Laboratory and field tests indicated the prestressing tool could prop up casing string off the ground completely and ate into the formation obviously,it generated pull lift force effectively and could be up to 100t safely,the prestressing tool could meet the requirements of the horizontal well screen completion,fill the gaps of prestressing tools in the horizontal well completion and it was worthy of being used widely.
