摘要
崇明岛—长兴岛—五号沟LNG站天然气管道工程,通过超长距离小口径隧道方式两次过江。采用CAESARⅡ计算软件对天然气管道的支架形式进行模拟,并考虑安装工况及运行工况下管道各节点的应力值,模拟管道在不同温差下固定支架承受的推力及各滑动支架的受力、不同约束节点的位移值,以增强施工工艺可靠性、安全性以及提高建成后管道天然气运营安全性。
In Chongming Island-Changxing Island-Wuhaogou LNG station natural gas pipeline project,pipelines cross the Yangzi river through the super long distance and minor-caliber tunnel for two times.To offer technical support for strengthening the reliability and safety of construction technology and improve the safety of natural gas pipeline operation after construction,CAESARⅡ software is utilized to simulate restraints for natural gas pipeline support and the forces on fixed and sliding pipeline support and displacement of different constraint nodes under different temperature.
