Improvement of the On-line Blockage Process with Expansive Cylinder

膨胀筒式不停输封堵主要应用在管道的中低压封堵中,具有安全性好、施工成本低的优点。文章介绍了改变膨胀筒方向而产生的新的筒式封堵工艺,并以实验结果和工程项目为例,介绍了这种新工艺的关键工序。通过对比原有筒式封堵工艺,从两个方面论述了创新工艺的特点以及相比原有工艺的优势。

The on-line blockage process with expansive cylinder is mainly applied to construction of medium and low pressure pipeline.In this paper,a new cylinder blocking process is introduced,which is produced by changing the direction of the expansion cylinder.Compared with the original construction method,this new process has good safety and low construction cost.
