The CCP＇s nineteenth reports require us to strengthen the party＇s grass-roots organization.In his speech at the National Party Construction Conference of state owned enterprises,Xi Jinping stressed needs to strengthen and improve the party＇s building in state-owned enterprises,so they can become the most reliable forces.This paper discusses the significance and ideas for strengthening the construction of CCP＇s branches,and puts forward some specific measures that are suitable for practice.
