硕士研究生招生考试制度的顶层设计,对公平、公正、科学、经济、高效地选拔高层次人才具有举足轻重的作用。1978年恢复研究生招生以来,国家在精简初试科目、试点招考分离、尝试自主划线、优化推免办法、强化复试作用等方面开展了一系列卓有成效的探索,为完善招考分离打下了坚实的基础。进入新时代,顺应新发展理念,以高质量发展为核心,通过更新报考流程、优化初试科目和提升专业化水平等改革方案,系统性、整体性、协同性地实施完整意义的招考分离。

The top-level design of the master admissions examination system plays a decisive role in the selection of high-level talents in a fair,justice,scientific,economic and efficient manner.Since the resumption of graduate enrollment in 1978,China has been carried out a series of fruitful exploration in aspects of simplifying initial subjects,piloting separating admission from examinations,determining scores independently attempt,optimizing exam-free candidates electing methods and strengthening the effect of the reexamination,which has laid a solid foundation for improving recruitment and examinations separation.In the new era,complying with the new development eoncept,we have to implement a reformation program that renews the application process,optimize the initial academic subject and enhance the professionalization with the aim of high-quality development.Moreover,we have to achieve recruitment and examinations separation in a systematic,integral and collaborative manner.
