摘要
产教融合已上升为国家教育改革和人才开发的整体制度安排。近年来,温州大学以区域产业需求为导向推动学科专业集群建设,一方面,通过"内线"对接城市发展需要,项目制推进产教融合,构建应用型人才培养体系;另一方面,通过"外线"以国际化办学为抓手,多形式推进"国际化+产教融合"战略,从而实现了产教融合与学科建设的"双发展"。从认识、实践、思考三个维度剖析温州大学的"产教融合"创新发展,既可以为中国高等教育改革提供探索案例,也可以为地方高校的创新发展提供参考路径。
The integration of industry and education has risen to the overall arrangement of national education reform and talent development.In recent years,based on the concept of "industry and education integration",Wenzhou University has carried out top mechanism innovation and promoted the construction of discipline-subjects clusters based on the needs of regional industries.On one hand,Wenzhou University designs application orientated cultivation system,which accords to meet the needs of urban development and contribute the integration of industry and education with programs.On the other hand,using internationalized education to promote the "internationalization + industry and education integration" strategy in various forms.Thereby,the development of industry and education integration contributes to the discipline construction,which in return promotes the industry and education integration.Taking Wenzhou University as a sample,analyzing its integration of industry and education in dimensions of knowledge,practice and reflection can provide an case for higher education reform in China,and a path reference for the innovation and development of local colleges and universities.
